• Comprehensive Product Information: Labels can include any requested information such as lot numbers, cure dates, or specialty details.
• Easy Data Entry: Any field can be barcoded or QR Code to simplify receiving and data entry processes.

Custom Labeled and Packaged Solutions Pricing Plan

• One-Time Custom Bagging and Box Setup Fee

  • Amount: $25.00 (Waived to promote custom bagging users and much easier custom label process)
  • Includes: This fee covers the initial setup for custom labeling and packaging, whether designs include a logo or not. It’s a small investment for significant brand customization and professional presentation. Bags are available in black only, while box labels can feature color.

• Minimum Custom Bagging Line Requirements

  • Minimum Cost Per Item: $2.50 (e.g., if O-Rings are 10pc @ $0.100 each, the price increases from $1.00 to $2.50)
  • Minimum Line Total: $25.00 This ensures that custom labeling and packaging are economically viable and efficient for both parties.
  • Minimum Order Requirements: $35.00 plus shipping for in-house purchases

• Minimum Custom Box Label Requirements

  • Minimum 10 Box Kits per Line: Based on the current price file. Graphics can be in color, according to the default label for the specified kit.
  • Production Run Only:
    • 10 to 24 Boxes: Typically ~5 days.
    • 25-100 Boxes: Typically ~15 days.
    • 100+ Boxes: Requires custom quote.
